What happened?

Zotero takes a long time to respond when the BBT plugin is enabled.
In the Debug log ID, I have just pressed twice on the key 1 to apply a colored tag and remove it immediately.
Then I try to select another item in the Items Tree, but it takes some time to react.
I do not observe the problem if the BBT plugin is disabled.
