Can't download patch set delta

Suggestion: on the page Delta Between Two Patch Sets, the patch file provided by the Download link contains the delta between the latest patch set and the base (i.e., the original repository state, prior to patch set 1)--but this download is already available on the main issue page. Instead, on the delta page I would like to be able to download a patch that strictly corresponds to the delta between the two patch sets.
