I'm now able to download images from docker.io (was previously blocked at Qualcomm) but still can't run UDB in docker under WSL. This is required so I can run the debugger on the Ruby code. Please see the attached log.txt file.

Here's a success run of docker in WSL2 on my personal laptop (see attached file)

I've compared the bad logfile and the good file. Hopefully this helps isolate the issue.
