This feature is to support ROS2.net on Hololens. This is has been contributed to by numerous people and companies, and will be upstreamed shortly.

ros2-dotnet always supported Hololens, can you be more specific about this issue? Support for Hololens was demoed three years ago, so I wonder what's needed here.
