Slow page load

Hi, thanks for developing flatdoc. Love the simplicity of it.

My only problem is that page loads seem very slow (even locally). The page in question can be found here: http://cmuartfab.github.io/ml-lib/ As you can see it takes about 4 seconds for the content to appear.

Is there anything I can do to speed the load time up? Or is this something that can be improved in flatdoc?
