Using Connext 7.3 results in an error:

The procedure entry point DDS_DynamicData_legacy_impl_is_enabled could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\ross\Documents\rti_workspace\rticonnextdds-connector-go\rticonnextdds-connector\lib\win-x64\rtiddsconnector.dll

I recommend mentioning in the readme that Connext 6.1 is recommended when building go applications to avoid this issue

How to reproduce:

set your environment to 7.3, build the sample go examples, and attempt to run them.
