Unable To create Project and Organization in LLama Cloud

I am unable to create Organization and Projects in the llama Cloud Previously this feature was visible at the top bar of the webpage but Now I am unable to access them as they are no longer there.

Could you please provide guidance about this issue.

I think this is expected behavior, for non-whitelisted user are not able to access to the llamacloud index feature (also create org/project).

For accounts with a paid plan, what will be the procedure for accessing llamacloud index features as well as creating org/projects?

It's in private beta no matter paid or not, so you can apply for join waitlist or wait until we publish it. It will be very soon
