chromium starts up libva error #128

Hi, installed chromium from the Ubuntu ppa. When starting chromium on the command line it throws the error but still works (but I only use it for jupyter notebooks)

Ubuntu 22.04 on X11. Intel HD graphic.
Chromium version Version 108.0.5359.40 (Developer Build) Ubuntu 22.04 (64-bit)

Brave Browser (built on chromium112.0.5615.165)doesn't have this error.

LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=iHD prepended to chromium command line may fix the issue.
