Have aspired to create something identical (a collaborative open source wiki -- compare to appropedia.org) for all the recursive (composable, axiomatic) steps required to create fundamental technologies, like an electric generator:

I plan on codifying the relationships I have against wikidata, converting them to match your data format, and then loading them into your platform. Sound like something you'd be interested in discussing further?
