feat: highlight projects using Jaspr

Description

Quite often I see projects being shared on the Discord which are using Jaspr. It'd be great if we could collect these and showcase them in the README or perhaps even on the Jaspr website itself.

This does two things:

1. It gives those curious about Jaspr examples of what Jaspr is capable of

2. It gives extra exposure for those projects and potentially that might encourage more people to do Jaspr projects
