原始的聚变反应堆只能输入氘氚燃料进行反应
可以执行的配方太少了
可以更改为以下状态
聚变反应堆燃料（输入气体1，输入气体2，合成气体，额外能量产出【可选】）
这样可以通过CrT/GrS实施更多的燃料配方
