Password reset functionality / user management in console

Though that i had locked myself out from upsnap.

Turned out that the users table in sqlite database had vanished. The devices table are intact. (Maybe after an update?)

Would be great to have a method to reset password or add users from the docker container console.

Will try to install a parallel installation and copy credentials from there.

For reference:

Figured out that admins are in the _superusers table. So indeed i had misplaced the password..

So i deleted all superusers in the original container by sqlite> DELETE FROM _superusers;

And then run the INSERT INTO _superusers VALUES(...); command from a .dump command in the recovery installation.

UpSnap has some cli commands to manage superusers. See here:

You could have just used ./upsnap superuser update [email protected] mynewpassword to change the password.
