Is there any hope of getting this running? I want to use Civi Event for Price Set functionality but also record options for children. (civicrm webform does not support them, or event management/registration changes).

There is going to be a totally new extension to handle youth registration for version 4.6.x in about 9 weeks. More details will be available in the upcoming weeks.

Thank you. Our milestone for developing our registration page is 1 month away, so we are considering options. If it so happens there is any way we could test/help please let me know. Right now we are planning to just make price field sets/options for each addition child, then make a field "Child Count" and use jquery to hide/show the field sets. Crude but workable probably.
