Ideas:

  • table storing information about each data source: name, most recent date that data was pulled from source, whether source is a reference database or a sequencing run
  • need to figure out how to associate different data sources with subclasses (e.g. GencodeTranscript, PacBioTranscript) that may have unique attributes (e.g. APPRIS level, SQANTI classification)
