Companion web maxicircle annotation

I am trying to annotate a genome that includes a maxicircle contig on Companion Web. I tried using a Leishmania reference genome that contains kinetoplast contigs

However, only the chromosomes of the target genome were annotated

Is there a way to prompt the program to annotate kinetoplast sequences?
