Vagrant ports conflict with other VMs

Vagrant ports defined in vagrantfile are the standard ones. They conflict with other Virtual Machines os application that might be running.

Ports should be changed on Vagrant file. Example:

simpatize.vm.network 'forwarded_port', guest: 8000, host: 8080
simpatize.vm.network 'forwarded_port', guest: 5432, host: 5432

Could change to:
simpatize.vm.network 'forwarded_port', guest: 8000, host: 8180
simpatize.vm.network 'forwarded_port', guest: 5432, host: 5532
