Point Cloud for a room

Hey Guys, I want to use MYNT-EYE-D-SDK to generate point cloud for a room, while this device can only output ply for each scene. Do u guys know how to merge these .ply files to generate an integrated point cloud? I find a MATLAB instance (https://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/examples/3-d-point-cloud-registration-and-stitching.html) for the same purpose, but the .ply file format is different from what I have. Is it possible to provide me some hints?
