Canonical use case: centering a horizontally scrollable tab menu on touch

Perhaps the align values could be then renamed to:

auto
center
start (top or left)
end (bottom or right)

sure, that would work better for both directions :)

will try to see if it's easy to support, but i don't have much time currently to work on this
