Error response from daemon: Container 55075a6b458cf63d122a034c1e6c8a78f2fabc74248e75382d1aeba89832a698 is not running

This is the error that come throught while building up the project with docker; Is there any workaround for this?

My corrent docker-compose version is 1.24.1
