  1. Indicate on modals (like Working Groups) when more entries are below window bottom edge. Currently, the scroll bar does not appear when there is more unless users try to move down the screen. Thus at first sight users don’t know if there is more below.

this seems to be solved as I see a scroll bar in the working group modal:

I think this depends on the operating system and/or browser. I think Mac OS X tries to be smart here. So unless we have explicitly set in CSS to show the scroll bar, it might not always be there unless you start scrolling. Can you check if have CSS explicitly set to always show them, see: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7492062/css-overflow-scroll-always-show-vertical-scroll-bar
