Consider adding debug logging re automatic gzip handling etc #68

  • So consider moving Falcon::Middleware::Verbose to Async::HTTP.
  • Enable for Async::HTTP::Internet when $VERBOSE.
  • Improve output formatting.

Add documentation:

  • Show compression headers / body.
  • Explain how to enable/use.
