Tuning Tracking Algorithms

Hello, I saw there are few tuning script under tracking folder. May I know how to use those script/launch file?

My guess is it is used with the MOT datasets which there are ground-truth and detection result, then use the script to get a better tracking performance. Am I right?

If I would like to try tracking algorithm with deep sort, my current idea is use the detected_person_composite from the first part and pass it into deep sort as input, but seem I will loss some great tracking mechanism from spencer-project, may I know any advice from you?
