https://github.com/koxudaxi/datamodel-code-generator/ is a project to generate Pydantic models from JSON schema sources. It might be a good idea to evaluate whether this project is mature enough to auto-generate Pydantic models from source STAC JSON schema. This would minimize manual errors and make it easy to support new spec versions in the future.

And also support older versions of the spec! Will definitely do this.

I wasn't sure whether supporting older versions of the spec would be a plus or minus 😉
