Gene activity scores for isoforms

Hi,
Thank you very much for creating this awesome package.

I'm wondering whether it is possible to estimate Gene activity scores for different isoforms. Let's say I have a gene that 4 isoforms. I'm wondering whether it is possible for me to figure out which isoform enriched in a particular set of cells. I know this is not an ideal way to do it, but I need to get some crude way to figure it out.

I'd really appreciate it if you could help/guide me on this.
