Description and How to reproduce

Hold right click on any block element. Firstly the helpfulWheelDiv gets opened. If you keep on holding the right-click, contextWheelDiv also gets opened. Now stop holding the rightClick, WheelDivptm gets opened.

This attached image should give an idea:

Expected behaviour

Only contextWheelDiv should open while right clicking on the block.

That said, this issue was discovered while solving #3905

This looks like a historical issue, we can discuss the approach to tackle this issue on matrix

I was not able to reproduce this particular issue, however the solution should fix this issue as well along with #3905
