This repository is meant to be an archive of workshops that have been given in the past.

https://github.com/sunpy/aas-2021-workshop has not been copied to this repository with its git history. That is the purpose of this issue.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

What are you trying to do?

If you want to push to this repository, you won't have access. You'll need to fork and create a pull request.

I was actually cloning repository and then adding it to workshop repo using commands

I see, I assume those commands require you to have write access to the repos.

You'll have to figure out another method that bypasses the needed permissions.

You can try forking both repositories and that would work in theory.
