[super-context-menu] Can I use context menu with a drag-to-reorder list?

I'd like to have a list view in my app where the user can long press an item to view a context menu, but then drag the item to reorder it within the list. Similar to how drag and drop seems to work with this package, but reordering instead. Is there any way to do this using this package?
