Surrogate model enquiry

Hello, I don't have an issue or something, I just need help on building a surrogate model.

I have generated two sets of data (costs and energy generation) from a black box simulation tool based on three variables ranges and I would like to run a multi-objective optimization (MOO) for minimizing the costs while maximizing the energy. I read that I need a surrogate model to replace the objective functions and then do the MOO in Matlab apps.

Do you have any idea on how to build such a surrogate model?
