Handle small issues with BioModels XML files.

Some BioModel files are missing part the of string for the "metaid" tag in their XML. For example, model 433 has this XML for its second line

This error can easily be detected and resolved by AWE.

Hi! I looked at the what I assumed was model 433 (BIOMD0000000433), and wasn't able to identify where the error is. I also tried looking at the converted SBML version.

Is this the correct model and would it be possible to provid a screenshot of the issue?
