Implement parse_url in Javascript #12

PHP's parse_url function returns an array containing each component of the given URL.

http://php.net/parse_url

The keys returned are:

scheme - e.g. http
host
port
user
pass
path
query - after the question mark ?
fragment - after the hashmark #

Given http://username:password@hostname/path?arg=value#anchor

Return:

Array
(
    [scheme] => http
    [host] => hostname
    [user] => username
    [pass] => password
    [path] => /path
    [query] => arg=value
    [fragment] => anchor
)
