Integration of dynamic electricity price

Hi folks,

I'm wondering if there would be a way to integrate dynamic electricity prices like offered by Awattar (awattar.de or awattar.com). Awattar offers an API (https://www.awattar.com/services/api/) which allows to get electricity price for next 24h every day 2pm.

Reason:

If I charge at home the price could vary as Awattar may offer every hour a new price.

Proposal for implementation:

1. Get the price 24h in advance via API above mentioned and store it in a database. API delivers Epochseconds as well which should be stored in DB, too.
2. Add a new checkbox to choose if a static price or dynamic price will be used at a specific geofence.
3. If dynamic price is selected calculate costs by using price from database for that Epoch and multiply with consumed energy. Otherwise use static price.
