Step by Step instructions to deploy TeslaMate on an Azure Ubuntu VM

I have been using TeslaMate for some time and have a few instances running both locally on my home network, and in an Azure VM which is exposed to the internet in a secure way. I blogged about it and showed all the steps one must go through from start to finish - there are instructions and screenshots. Sorry, it is a long post.

I have often seen folks asking questions on how to do this - especially for those who aren't very technical, or not comfortable with either Azure, or Container, etc. This is something I have been wanting to do for some time and could not get the time until now - over the holidays.

Whilst this is showing the details on Azure, at the end of the day it is similar if one wants to deploy it on another cloud provider.
