Add Stakenet Lightning DEX to the list #4

First of all - nice summary and hopefully this list will grow much more in the coming years!

I am missing the Stakenet DEX, which is using LND by Lightning Labs for atomic swaps on lightning.

It is currently in open beta ( you can alraedy try it here: https://medium.com/stakenet/stakenet-dex-open-beta-dd5c78175608), though it is important to note that much developement is happening in closed beta / private repos.

Thanks for the heads up.
I would wait until is out of the beta. Then you can create a Pull Request and I will merge it.
