Add suggestions for lists to add tailored words to

With so many lists, it can be difficult to know which lists to write to in order to create prompts for all sentences.

Ideally, it would show lists from the top-level from the relevant sentence structures, then any sub lists.
When lists are "completed", they are moved to the bottom.
If all top-level lists are completed, move sub lists to the top.
