Add support for Cassandra 2.x

Currently only C* 1.x seems to supported. It would be great if C* 2.x would be supported as well.

@juanformoso I've just forked this repository to lookout/newrelic-plugins where we're very likely going to be maintaining the Cassandra support for our use cases (Cassandra 2.x) moving forward.

No promises yet, but I'm optimistic :)

I recently started a new relic plugin for supporting not only cassandra 2.x+ but also JMX authentication support: https://github.com/thoersch/new-relic-cassandra

Despite being early in development, I am fully supporting it and you can now find it on the plugin central from within new relic.
