Set profile (username and photo)?

Not a bug report, but is it possible to set a profile (username + photo) for the registered account?

I haven't found a way to do this, and I'm not sure how/if this could be implemented.

Erm, I don't quite get it, does that mean it's:

• not possible with this library
• not possible with this library right now but I should keep the issue open until someone wants to implement that
• won't be possible and close the issue

?

Note: If I set a username/profile photo using the mobile app, and then re-register using this library, the username/profile photo isn't accessible anymore. An account transfer would be required using the recovery PIN, but I don't see if this already possible or not.
