Uncomplete data in Germany on zoom level 14 and 15 #208

It seems that for some regions in Germany the data is incomplete.

The url - https://s3.amazonaws.com/elevation-tiles-prod/terrarium/14/8645/5681.png - returns a elevation tile where a neighboring tile with the url - https://s3.amazonaws.com/elevation-tiles-prod/terrarium/14/8646/5681.png is just black.

Is there anything we can do about this?
