ALL_DATA seems to be ignored

Hi all,

i'am using version 2.7.1 with ALL_DATA enabled.
However in the past 7 days, no data was uploaded. i restarted the uploader and now data arrives again.
Unfortunately old data is still missing. Is this a expected behavior? If yes: Is there a way to fetch old data?
