Would it be possible to edit the items in explorer? including renaming projects, tasks, etc. Sometimes add the wrong task then I have to go to the browser to rename, remove, etc. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. In v4 (currently work in progress) all shown information are planned to be editable.

The Clockify team is currently working on a new API documentation. As soon as it is released I start adding the editing functions.
