Sparse kernel, dense input

As the title suggests I was wondering if it is possible to use this library to perform sparse convolution whit a sparse kernel and a dense input.

no, this library can only used for sparse input + dense kernel (for point cloud data), sparse kernel + dense input isn't covered, it's a completely different topic.
