Play Library version error

Hello, i m using your library for my android apps from 5 years, and it works perfectly, but now I got error message from google play that the we have to use Billing library version 3 or higher. I want to request you to upgrade your library Billing Version to 4.0.Beacause i don't want to change billing library for my apps. please if you can upgrade your library it will be very helpful to me. Thanks in advance.
