Handshake Failed & SSL Certificate Error

Hi there, I guess it keeps on saying that there is an SSL handshake failure or something like this in the console. I am not that tech savvy to know what's going on, but I know for sure there is something up with me or the program itself. It's really frustrating and I don't know how to fix it, I'll attach a log down below. And give a comment of what had happened.

I also want to say that it keeps on saying bad certificate or something, then it says SSL handshake failure or something. I was about to do something awesome with Browservice till this had happened, as soon as I installed it. I ran it as administrator and as well as tried using Windows Terminal myself, it keeps saying the same issue.

Please help me to fix this issue! Thanks!
