To clarify, do you mean "next to; in the configuration file" or "next to; on the screen"? You can do the second one from switch.momentary_change_phase_to_daytime:
icon: mdi:home |

You can do the second one from customize.yaml with:
switch.momentary_change_phase_to_daytime: icon: mdi:home

On the screen. It's strange, I tried putting icon in the config (icon:
mdi:radio) and it gave the error invalid property.
2020-05-04 15:50:20 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.config] Invalid
config for [switch.momentary]: [icon] is an invalid option for
[switch.momentary]. Check: switch.momentary->icon. (See
/var/lib/hass/configuration.yaml, line 221). Please check the docs at
https://github.com/twrecked/hass-momentary/blob/master/README.md
Thanks

The switch doesn't support the icon option, for now you have to specify it in the customize.yaml file. |
Thanks for clarifying, Sorry, I misread your earlier email (customize <=>
configuration).
