Problem in loading .dat file

We are working with DEAP dataset. And the pre- processed signals are stored in .dat file. Since eegraph library doesnot support .dat format, can you please help us in suggesting how to resolve this issue.
Second issue is that while installing EEGRAPH numpy version 1.21 has been downloaded, while eegraph library supports only numpy version 1.22 or higher.what should we do to solve this issue.
