assign to contract on add spent time

IT would be useful to assign the speint time also on the redmine add spent time form. The issue's version's contract (if version is set and if contract is assigned - see #16) shall be set as default.

Can you help explain what you mean by version? Are you using another plugin for issue versioning? Maybe an example will help me.
