User Story:

Metaschema 1.0 is nearly feature complete, including some important functionality not yet supported by InspectorXSLT.

These include at least -

  • let for binding variables to use in expressions
  • 'standoff' constraints definition in separate file (layer)
    • note that Metaschema composition (modular assembly) may be implicated here

Goals:

  1. Identify remaining functional gaps
  2. Identify or plan examples / unit tests
  3. Stage solutions in further Issues

Dependencies:

This has an end-to-end dependency on Metaschema 1.0, remaining unstable until then. Unit testing is the only way to represent and track this delta.

Acceptance Criteria

This is a tracking Issue, and can be closed when either the functional gap is closed (with examples and tests to show), or the aim to conform to a full Metaschema 1.0 as it applies to XML, is deferred or abandoned.
