Description
When using event performing agent in ticket create a workflow so going to the customer side two email notifications
How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin and create a workflow with these actions:
Mail to the customer: Choose an email template
Mail to the agent: Choose the response performing agent, assign an agent and another agent
Step 2: Now ticket creates from the customer dashboard side and checks the customer email here going to two email notifications:
Step 3: If we are creating from the email side so going only with one email notification this is correct.
Possible Solution
If we create a ticket from the customer dashboard with a response performing event workflow should go only one email notification
