Custom search strategy

From a discussion with @tmoreau89: sometimes, it might be nice to augment ACCEPT's built-in search heuristic with a better one. Especially as ACCEPT expands to hardware simulation instead of just software optimization, the search space can get a lot bigger so technique-specific search heuristics will play a more important role.
