After a recent Windows 11 update, folders take a bit longer to show their contents after opening or refreshing. Microsoft seems to be making some changes to shell views (or IExplorerBrowser) recently. (See also #266, 642c948, 8864fdf)

There seem to also be delays added to other events like creating / moving / deleting folders.

Would #122 fix this?
