Studio freezes after launching/attempt to open place

• I have read the preliminary instructions, and I am certain that my problem has not already been addressed.

What problem did you encounter?

Studio freezes a few seconds after it launches, and trying to open a place will also cause it to crash before rendering the workspace.

ive already tried previous forced versions but all of them have the same issue.
ive tried using Vulkan/OpenGL but both hang at the vinegar splash screen.

its weird because it was working fine previously but now all of the sudden it decided not to.
